We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, minor variations, wear consistent with age, or handmade irregularities are not considered defects.

All items are sold as described and subject to availability.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are providing accurate billing and shipping information
• Your order may be canceled if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Packages are estimated to ship within 5 business days. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is governed by that carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or errors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our items are vintage, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or materially not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refunds, if approved, are limited to the purchase price of the item.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calina’s Corner, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Candle Safety & Assumption of Risk

Certain products sold by Calina’s Corner, LLC — including but not limited to candles, wax-based items, and products involving an open flame — involve inherent fire, heat, and burn risks.

By purchasing or using any candle or flame-based product from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with all provided instructions and warnings
• You assume all risks associated with the use, burning, or display of candles
• Calina’s Corner, LLC is not responsible for injuries, burns, fires, smoke damage, property damage, or other harm caused by improper use, unattended use, or failure to follow safety guidelines

All candles are sold for decorative and controlled-use purposes only and must be used with caution.

Candle Safety Guidelines

When using any candle purchased from Calina’s Corner, LLC, you agree to follow these safety guidelines:

Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep away from drafts, vents, and open windows
Keep away from flammable materials and heat sources
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets
Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn
Keep the wax pool and wick free of debris
Burn in 3–5 hour intervals to allow for a full melt pool
Discontinue use when wax reaches approximately ½ inch from the base
Remove decorative or flammable items near the wick before burning

Failure to follow these safety guidelines voids any claim of defect or misuse.

By using any candle purchased from Calina’s Corner, LLC, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with open-flame products.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with site security or operations
• Scrape, copy, or misuse our content

All website content remains the property of Calina’s Corner, LLC.
