SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping rates within the United States are calculated by USPS and displayed at checkout. For customers located outside the U.S., please contact us via social media or our website contact form with the product link and your shipping address! We will provide a custom shipping quote as soon as possible. Thank you for shopping with us!

Refund policy

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly through social media or our website contact form (or directly to Lucianna.Calina@gmail.com). Include a clear photo of the damaged item(s), and we will issue a refund, replacement, or start a case with the shipping carrier to get this sorted for you! Please note, in some cases, namely fashion items, we may require the damaged item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. We will provide prompt instructions if a return is necessary!
