For candles, we issue refunds generally without the need for returns. Just include a picture of the product(s) you're having an issue with and we'll get things sorted out as soon as possible. For vintage items, please reach out regarding your issue! If something like glass is broken, generally no return will be required, but clothing may require a return depending upon the issue.
